Seb Fogg

Seb has over twenty years of hospitality experience working at every level in the industry. He has a huge scope of knowledge and insight from neighbourhood family eateries to multi-million-pound restaurants. Seb has worked for Corbin & King, Caprice Holdings, The Soho House Group, Graydon Carter, Juan Santa Cruz and Mark Hix. In 2008 he moved to New York to develop and open the Monkey Bar for Graydon Carter with his partner Laura Montana. The instant success put them on the radar, they were headhunted by Nick Jones to open the restaurants at Soho House West Hollywood. Seb set hospitality and service standards that the Soho House Group had aspired to and upon returning to London, he continued working for Nick Jones and Richard Caring at Dean Street Town House and Scott’s, before linking up with industry stalwarts, Corbin and King to open the Delaunay. In 2017 Seb and Laura founded Montana Fogg, a hospitality consultancy business. Seb believes the best restaurants are the ones that remember your name.
